Custom Website Domain

Q: Can I, as an entity admin, use a custom domain name with my RX Pro Website?

1. Purchase your custom domain name that includes DNS hosting. There are numerous providers, including get.rugby, Go Daddy, Domain.com and Dreamhost.
2. Create the following DNS records using the DNS Management area of your Domain provider (step 1). Your domain name provider will have help documentation to assist with this if required. 
   1. A Record:
      • Type: A
      • Name: @
      • Value: 64.239.109.1
   2. CNAME Record:
      • Type: CNAME
      • Name: www
      • Value: 1da8d2266dbea954.vercel-dns-016.com
3. Update the "Website Address" field in the Rugby Xplorer admin portal (Administration > My [Entity] > Website tab.
   • Note, this should start with "https://"", followed by the full domain name. 
4. Inform your customer service team of your domain name, they will prepare the server and be in contact when completed.
