Incorrect State Message

Q: What does the incorrect state message mean as an Australia participant registering?

‘Incorrect State (ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA)’

This means that the state or territory is not appearing correctly in address field.

Two options to resolve

  1. Update the address so the state is appearing in the format as shown in error message (ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA). States and territories do not require full stops or spaces.
  2. Use the Google search bar to find your address automatically.
