Dispensation Assessing Coach Form

Q: How do I, as an assigned assessing coach, complete a coaching assessment form for dispensation? Where do I, as an assigned assesing coach, find the coaching form for dispensation?

When the player completes a consent form, which is approved by their club, the competition manager is responsible for assigning an assessing coach to complete an assessment. 

Assigned assessing coaches will receive an email notifiation and can complete their assessing coach form via their Rugby Xplorer portal > Assessing Coach Forms. 

1. Coach clicks the Assessing Coach form link in the email they received or Rugby Xplorer Portal > Assessing Coach Forms > Select Dispensation Type
2. Select the player they are assessing from the dropdown box
3. Complete the required fields
4. Click “Submit”
5. Once the form has been submitted the competition manager will receive a notification email that this has been completed by the assesing coach and can update the member record of the player.
