Admin Portal Access

Entity Admins

• You need to sign up for an account in Rugby Xplorer first with your unique email address (Rugby Xplorer Portal). You will then need to contact your club admin and/or competition manager to be given user permissions.
• Once user permissions have been granted you can access the Admin portal by clicking ‘Admin Portal’ in your Rugby Portal (web version only). 
• If you are an admin for multiple clubs and/or entities, you can switch between the admin accounts by clicking on the drop down menu on the top left of the admin page.

Team & Scoring Admins

• Team Admins  and Scoring Admins only have access to the admin portal to download the Squad List Report. All other responsbilities of the team manager can be conducted through the Rugby Match Day app.
• If you are a Team Admin and see 'not currently available' in the Rugby Match Day app, please check with your competition manager if they have published the fixtures for your team.
