Member Assessments & Consent Forms

Q: How can I, as an admin, see the progress of member assessments and their consent forms?

Note

  • The Member Assessments & Consent Forms page allows admins to monitor the progress on individual dispensations. This will show all dispensations that can be submitted through Rugby Xplorer. 
  • Club admins will use this page to approve dispensations requested by their members. 
  • Competition manager admins (associations/provincial union admins) will use this page to assign assessing coaches, review assessing coach reports and check the dispensation status. They can also override the process by manually marking a member assessment and/or consent form as "complete". 
  • All columns are sortable, except for Dispensation Status. Click the arrows in the heading to sort in numerical or alphabetical order. You can also search for a member's ID, member's name or club. 

Member Assessments & Consent Form Page

  1. Admin > Members > Member Assessments & Consent Forms
  2. The table will show the Dispensation Type, ID, First Name, Last Name, Club Name, Game Type, Created At, Club Consent Status, Assessing Coach Name, Member Assessment Status and Dispensation Status. 
  3. Click into an individual dispensation to assign assessing coach and/or review the assessing coach report. 
    • When competition managers click into the member assessment, they can also manually mark as complete. 

Club Consent Status

  • Pending: awaiting club review.
  • Approved: club has approved this request.
  • Declined: club has declined this request. 
  • NA: not required for Size for Age dispensations in Australia. 

Member Assessment Status

  • In Progress: the process has begun and the assessing coach may have been assigned.
  • Pending Medical: player needs to seek medical clearance before the process will be completed (New Zealand only). 
  • Completed: member assessment process has been completed. 

Dispensation Status

  • Yes: dispensation has added to the member record and has been approved. 
  • No: dispensation has added to the member record and has been declined. 
  • Blank: no dispensation has been added to the member record.
