Non-Player Management
Q: How do I, as a club admin, assign non-playing member roles to registered members?
Club admins can update and/or assign roles for Non-Players through the Non-Player Management page.
- Additional roles that can be assigned include roles that individuals can register to, specific committee roles and/or team officials required for team list submissions.
- Example roles include: assistant coach, social member, supporter, treasurer, secretary, etc. Please note, the roles will differ between nationals.
- The member’s Rugby ID, calculated age and gender will also appear on the page.
- USA club admins will also see whether or not the member is ‘Compliant’ or ‘Non-Compliant’ (displayed in red). Those that are Non-Compliant are missing one or more mandatory accreditations.
Editing Member Roles
- Club Admin > Members > Non-Player Management
- Click “Edit” next to individuals or “Edit All”
- Click in the text box to display the dropdown list of non-player roles available
- Multiple roles can be added to the one record
- Note, USA club admins cannot remove a role that has been assigned during registration (e.g. coach and/or match official).
- Click “Save”
You can now assign non-playing members, with team official roles, to a squad list.
