Registration Reports

Q: What registration reports are available to club and competition owners?

Important: Reports may contain personal or sensitive information and it’s use is governed by the RX Terms of Service and RX Privacy Policy. Please ensure each column of data is required before exporting. Your organisation is responsible for securing any information exported from RX. 

Registration reports are available under the 'Reports' tab in the Admin portal. Registration reports include: 

  1. Registration Report: provides full details of all participants who have registered to your Club plus any saleable items they have purchased and/or discount codes applied.
  2. Registration Summary Report: totals all active and inactive players in your Club.

The dashboard also gives a quick snapshot for the total number of registrations this season and what registration type and role they have registered to.
