Rugby Event Owner Reports

Q: What reports can I, as an event organiser, download?

Important: Reports may contain personal or sensitive information and it’s use is governed by the RX Terms of Service and RX Privacy Policy. Please ensure each column of data is required before exporting. Your organisation is responsible for securing any information exported from RX. 

Rugby Event Reports

  1. Rugby Event Team Registration Report: details all of the teams that have registered into a Rugby Event.
    • This includes the team admins name and contact details, plus the registration type for the Rugby Event and any discount codes applied to the registration. Plus any team installment payments, if the event has allowed split payments in their setup.
  2. Rugby Event Registration Report: details all of the individual player and team officials who have registered into a team for a Rugby Event.
    • This details all of the individual personal details and any discount codes applied to the registration.
  3. Rugby Event Transfer Report/ Rugby Events Financial Transactions Report: details all of the transfers for registration payments into the event organisers bank account including registration details.
