Competition Owner Reports

Q: What reports can I, as a competition owner admin, download?

Important: Reports may contain personal or sensitive information and it’s use is governed by the RX Terms of Service and RX Privacy Policy. Please ensure each column of data is required before exporting. Your organisation is responsible for securing any information exported from RX. 

Registration Reports

  1. Registration report: contains everything as is recorded at time of registration (static report).
    • It captures all details including participants information, registration, breakdown of fees, method of payment, size and quantity of saleable items, heritage/ethnicity, emergency contacts or parent guardian details, safeguarding information, height & weight plus registration fee detail with amounts charged per entity, any discounts (and discount codes) totalling the final registration fee.
    • Leaving the dates blank will download the report for the entire season.
  2. Registration Summary:
  • Simple: breakdown of active/inactive/deregistered roles by registration type.
  • Player expanded: select filters via player type and age range, shows breakdown of ages via registration type.
  1. Contact Report: this a dynamic report and will update if an individual updates their personal details.
    • This report includes contact information, age, heritage/ethnicity, profile status, emergency contacts, parent/guardian details, safeguarding information, school, height & weight plus validation, profile picture and proof of age.
    • Registration status of active and inactive will display. Deregistered participants will not display in the report. 
    • All registered roles will appear with a '1' in the corresponding cell. Please note the 'Role' field pulls from registrations, not any changes made via the Non-Player Management page. 
  2. Clearance Report: includes all clearances out of your entity.
    • Additional details include player details, registration type, to club, to parent organisation, from club, from parent organisation, player reason for clearance, date submitted, club status, club reason, club decision date, parent organisation status, reason, decision, and final status.
  3. Club Compliance Status Report, USA: this includes key club information (name, parent, address), as well as their compliance status in the three areas (registered accredited coach, 8+ registered players, financial standing) and total compliance. 
  4. Senior Club Eligibility, USA: this is a specific Senior Club Eligibility report that includes the registration details of a player (ID, name, privacy status, club, registration type), calculates the number of matches played 15-a-side (P +S), the number of matches played 7-a-side (P+S+R) and if the player is a non-resident and/or professional player. 

Competition Management Reports

  1. Player & Team Official History: shows history of player and team officials selected on the team list, including ID, participant name, team name, competition, appearances (total number of times selected on a team list). Note, this will show all teams and/or competitions the player has participated in. Key is:
    • P = player selected in the starting team list,
    • R = selected as a reserve in the starting team list,
    • S =  substitution movement added against the player in the Rugby Match Day app,
    • C = coach,
    • M = team manager,
    • FA = First Aid,
    • GM = Ground Marshal,
    • AR = Assistant Referee
  2. Competition Cases Report: includes all cases in your club including exclusions and suspensions for cases that are connected to competitions and/or those not connected to competitions.
    • The report includes player details, age, jersey number, association, competition, round, match, date of incident/injury, club, team, type, outcome, case notes, available, available date, match disputes, additional concussion signs and symptoms.
  3. Incident & Injury Summary Report: totals the number of red cards, yellow cards, concussions, and serious injuries for all players in your club/competition(s).
    • The report includes player details, total number of Red Cards, total number of Yellow Cards, total number of guilty exclusions, total number of Blue Cards, total number of confirmed concussions & total number of Serious Injuries.
  4. Incident & Injury Detail Report: provides all information regarding incidents and injuries (red card, yellow card, concussion, and serious injuries) in your club/competition(s).
    • The report includes player’s name, age, association, competition, round, match, date of incident/injury, Club, team, movement (cards) and reason.
  5. Unavailable Player & Team Official Summary Report: shows any player/member who is currently available at the point of time in which the report was downloaded.
    • The report includes player details, competition, date of incident/injury, club, team, type, case notes, available date.
  6. Match Disputed Report: provides detail on all disputed matches.
    • The report includes competition, round, home team, away team, date of match, team in dispute, reason, dispute note, reported by team name, reported by club name.
  7. Uncontested scrum report: provides detail on all uncontested scrums reported.
    • The report includes competition, round, home team, away team, reason, team, duration, comment.
  8. Player Stats Tries & Points Report: totals the number of tries and points a player has received in the current season.
    • The report includes player details, club, team, competitions, total tries, total points.
  9. Player Stats Detail Report: details all scoring events by an individual, where each match they scored points is displayed on a new line.
    • The report includes player ID and name, competition ID and name, round number, match ID and name, date and time of match (time is related to the venue's time zone), club, team, tries, conversions, penalty goals, field goals and total points.
  10. Total Player Stats Report: totals an individual player's stats across the season.
    • The report includes total tries, total conversions, total penalties, total field goals and total points. 
  11. Player Dispensation Report: details all dispensations within the current season.
    • The report includes player details, age, gender, dispensation type, decision, detail, reason, club & parent entity.
  12. Player Points Report: calculates the player points awarded to each player and used when the player points system is activated in the competition setup.
    • The report includes Rugby ID, player details, club player points & points category.
  13. Player Points Team List Report: calculates the player points awarded to each player within each team list when the player points system is activated in the competition setup.
    • The report includes competition & match details, Home/Away Team player and player points. Leaving the dates blank will run the report for the entire season.
  14. Member Assessments & Dispensations Report: details all member assessments and dispensation processes that have been undertaken and their status.
    • The report includes Rugby ID, player name and details, assessment type, consent status, mandatory/voluntary, status of dispensation, type of dispensation, decision date and time, details, reason, notes, club/parent entity details, assessing coach details and assessment details.
  15. Fixture Report: details all competition fixtures and results.
    • The report includes competition details (ID, name, type), pool, match details (ID, home/away team, bye, TBA, date, time, status and results), round details (type, number, name), venue details (venue ID, venue name, field number, playing area) and referee details. 
  16. Fixture Summary Report:
    • The report includes competition, round, venue, date, home team, home team score, def/def by, away team, away team score, breakdown of points scored.
  17. Round Summary Report:
    • The report includes competition, round, venue, home team, home team score, def/def by, away team, away team score.
  18. Media Results Simple Report: cannot exceed 1-week duration and can be downloaded in PDF or DOCX format.
    • The report includes competition, teams and scores.
  19. Media results report: similar to the simple media results report but also includes names of point scorers.

  20. Squad List Report: details all players and team officials within a specific squad. Only one squad can be downloaded at a time.
    • The report includes team, player name, DOB, age, gender, email, mobile, dispensation.
  21. Team count report: can be filtered for a specific season.
    • The report includes the number of teams from each club added into a competition, along with the competition name and ID, the competition owner name and ID, plus the competition owner's parent entity name and ID. 
  22. Accreditation Report: details the accreditations of your registered members and can choose to select specific accreditations and/or a specific status of those accreditations.
    • The report includes ID, name, accreditation name, expiry date.
  23. Admin Users Report: lists all club/team admins within your club. Note, only one level of admin can be downloaded in one report.  
    • The report includes club/team name, admin names, admin emails.
    • We recommend club admins check their ‘Admin Users Report’ regularly to see who has been assigned user permissions. You can add and/or remove admins as required.
  24. Organisation Tree Report: this report includes child entity details from the parent entity downloading the report.
    • The report includes all entities details (ID, name, main contact, additional contacts, bank account details, entity card, Rugby Xplorer website details are included). Additional Club details of club address, home venue, about us and classification of club (isRef, isSchool, isRugbyEvent) are also included. 
  25. Accredited Team Official Report: details all team officials added into the Rugby Match Day app team lists and their current accreditations.
    • The report includes Rugby ID, name, DOB, email, club, team name, competition, age level, role (team officials selected on the team list and match officials) plus current accreditations and accreditation expiry date.   
  26. Venue Blockout Report:
    • The report includes all dates and times that a venue (and/or field) is blocked out and details the reason, match ID, competition name and ID. 
  27. Venue Report: 
    • The report includes all venues within your national including venue name, timezone, formatted address, field number(s), allowed playing area and specific venue IDs for competitions. 

Financial Reports

  1. Transfer Report/Financial Transactions Report: details all payments sent to your club's bank account to assist with reconciliation of funds.
    • The report includes date, transfer token, participant ID and name, registration ID, registration date, registration type and duration, charge ID, transaction type (registrations or referee payments), transfer amount & payment method.
  2. Credits & Refunds Report: details all credit and/or refund requests.
    • The report includes Reg ID, Rugby ID, participant details, entity type, registration info, status, reason, date & time, entity details (club/parent entity/national), amount paid, refund type, refund amount (plus refund amount plus AUS transaction fee), note entered, reviewed date of entity and processed date for all processed refunds. Note, the processed date can assist with reconciling your entity card.
