Entity Discount Code Setup
Q: What discounts can I, as an entity admin other than club, offer?
Entities can provide individuals with an unique discount code that can be entered into the Registration Summary and will discount your specific entity’s fees.
Discount Codes
To set up Entity discounts:
- Payment Setting > Discounts
- Enter ‘Amount’
- Enter ‘Email’ (of the participant you want to send the unique discount code too)
- Click “Add Discount”
- A pop-up will appear, click "Accept"
- An email will be sent to the participant with their unique code. This can be resent or deleted from the admin portal.
Note
- Discount codes are unique and can only be used once by the person they are sent to.
- Discount codes are valid for 30 days before they expire.
- Discount codes cannot be used at an entity, that did not issue the discount code.
- Multiple discount codes can be added from different entity levels.
- Rugby Event discount codes cannot be used for club registrations. Similarly, club discount codes cannot be used for rugby events.

- Open your Payment Settings
- Are you going to add any Saleable Items?
- Do you want to add any Custom Questions?
- Clubs can check the Fees Breakdown to ensure registrations will open and the total price.
