  • Absent: the verification process has not been completed after entering the bank account details.
  • In progress: the verification information is incomplete
  • Review required: the verification information supplied was not a 100% match. Pin Payments (payment provider) manually check all information in the afternoons. Admins should await the manual check by Pin and click Refresh. This is usually completed within 48 hours. If it has been longer than 48 hours please contact PIN Payments to check on the status. They are available on support@pinpayments.com and 1300 364 800.

New Zealand Rugby & USA Rugby

  1. Payment Settings > My Account Details
  2. Check email address (this comes from My [Entity] > Contact Details).
    • If happy with the email address, click “Create Connected Account”
  3. An account ID will be created and you can “Complete Account Onboarding”
  4. Stripe’s onboarding process will appear in a new tab. Proceed through the steps to “Agree & Submit”
  5. Refresh your My Account Details page and onboarding should display as “Completed!”
    • If not, ensure all Stripe details have been entered.
    • Note, if the process has started and not completed, you can “Delete Connected Account” to update your entity’s details and start again.
