Fees Breakdown
Q: Where can I, as a club admin, find the registrations fees for a specific payment setting?
The Fees Breakdown page, is only available at Club level and will display the fees setup for the registration type, duration, role, and age range. This will be shown with a different row for each entity in the organisation hierarchy.
- Payment Settings > Fee Breakdown
- Select Registration Type, Duration and Role from the dropdown lists
- Note, only the Registration Types available to be setup under your club's Payment Settings will appear for selection in the Fees Breakdown page.
- Enter Age
- Click “Run”
- The total fee will be displayed at the bottom of the table and shows all up the line fees.
- If there is no note in red at the top, registrations will appear open.
- Any missing fees will appear with an error in red for the level that has not been setup within all levels of the hierarchy. You will need to contact the entity with the missing fee to request they add this to their payment settings. Registrations will not open until all levels have their fees set up.
Age Calculation Dates
Rugby Xplorer will automatically determine the fee to be charged based on the Player's age. Age calculation dates are as follows:
- Rugby Australia: 31 December
- USA: 1 September
- New Zealand: 1 April
Payment Summary Page
Participants will see the breakdown of fees on the payment summary page of their registration as well as a confirmation of registration email sent after a successful registration to players and non-playing members detailing the registration purchase and payment breakdown.
Opening Registration Steps
- Open your Payment Settings
- Are you going to add any Saleable Items?
- Do you want to add any Custom Questions?
- Clubs can check the Fees Breakdown to ensure registrations will open and the total price.
