Australian Government Voucher Redemption

Q: How can players use their Australian Government Voucher in Rugby Xplorer?

NSW Active Kids Vouchers

Firstly, if eligible, players need to apply for the voucher through NSW Services portal prior to registering.

Vouchers cannot be applied and/or refunded after players have been registered.

  • Vouchers are single use only.
  • If you use your NSW Active Kids voucher for a registration less than $50, the balance of the voucher will be forfeited.
  • Multiple vouchers can be added into the registration process.

To redeem for Rugby:

  • Proceed through the registration steps and on the 'Registration Summary' page click "Add Active Kids Voucher".
  • A pop-up will appear where you enter your voucher number.
  • Repeat the process if you have multiple vouchers to redeeem.
  • The voucher will be redeemed, if valid and the voucher(s) amount will be deducted from your overall registration fees.
  • Continue to finalise your registration.
  • Please note, NSW AKV cannot be redeemed for Rugby Event registrations.

Additional information can be found on NSW Services website: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-for-an-active-and-creative-kids-voucher

QLD Play On Sport Vouchers

NT, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

These state vouchers cannot be redeemed through Rugby Xplorer, as they are not able to be integrated with third-party registration systems.

Please speak with your club on how they recommend you redeem your government vouchers.

We also urge you to raise this with your local council to help make this a priority for them.
