• The Rugby Match Day app, available in the App Store and Google Play, is available for users who have been granted team admin and/or scoring admin user permissions. 
• This is available on phone and tablets only.

Users

• Team admin and scoring admins are required to be a primary account, i.e. have an email address on their profile, before they can be granted user permissions to use the app.
• There can be multiple users who have access to the same team. However, we recommend only one users scores at one time. 

What does 'Not Currently Available' mean?

• You may not have been assigned Team Admin permissions.
  • Your club needs to assign you 'team admin' permissions under user management. Please contact your club.
• You may not have an email address assigned to your profile.
  • You must add an email to your My Profile page in Rugby Xplorer to become a primary account holder. The email MUST be unique to your account and cannot be the same as another user in Rugby Xplorer.
• You may be signing in with the wrong email. You need to sign in with the email address on your account in Rugby Xplorer which has been assigned the admin permissions.
• The competition you are trying to view has not been published and/or entered into Rugby Xplorer by the competition manager. Please check with your club/competition manager.
