Referee Review Coach Reports

Q: How can I, as a season referee coach, complete my referee review reports for my referees? 

Referee coaches can complete their coach reports via the Rugby Xplorer admin portal. Referee coaches will need to be granted ‘referee coach admin’ user permissions to select the referees they have been assigned season coaches for and add/edit their referee reports, plus see dashboards.

Referee clubs will need to assign the ‘referee club admin’ user permissions. More information on adding user permissions is found here. 

  1. Referee Coach Admin
  2. Referees > Ref Review
  3. Select Referee from the dropdown
  4. Select Referee’s Report and add new comments as required. CLick "Save Draft" (to complete later) or "Submit". 
  5. Referees will be able to view these comments and see new reports available via their Rugby Xplorer Portal > Referees > Ref Review.

Referee Coach Admins will be able to

  • View and add comments to reports of referees who you are the appointed referee coach and/or season coach for.
  • Referee comments will appear with "R" and your Referee Coach comments will appear with "RC". 
  • View all the reports of a referee that was appointed in the past to any match where you were the referee coach, but you will be able to edit and comment just the ones related to that/those matches.
