Referee Review Admin Dashboards

Referee coach admin, referee club admin and/or appointment board admins can view referee review reports and dashboards for their referees.

   • Dashboard displays graphs related to referees that you are a season coach for and/or within your club/appointment board.
   • Ref Review contains all reports completed by referees this season. 

Referee Coach Admins will be able to

• View and edit reports and dashboards for referees who you are the season coach.
• View all the reports of a referee, you have been assigned as a referee coach. Note, you will be able to edit and comment on the reports related to matches you were appointed

Referee Club Admins will be able to

• View reports and dashboards of any referees under this referee club. 
• Plus, if this admin is a season referee coach of any referee and/or has been appointed to any match with a referee outside this referee club, will be able to edit and comment on those related-referees-reports similar to the previous role 'Referee-Coach-Admin'. 
• Note, this is the same access for Referee Association and State Admins. 

Appointment Board Admins will be able to

• View any reports and dashboards of any referees under the same appointment board.
• Plus, if this admin is a season referee coach of any referee and/or has been appointed to any match with a referee outside their appointment board, will be able to edit and comment on those related-referees-reports similar to the first role 'Referee-Coach-Admin'

Dashboards

• Referees > Ref Review > Dashboards
• There are multiple dashboards available and are separated by tabs at the top of the page.
  • Where a referee has been named, you can click through to view all of their submitted Referee Review Reports.  
  • Coaching and Team Coach Dashboards are sorted with the highest number at the top. Click "Show 10 More" to view additional referees. 
• Dashboards include:  
  • Wellbeing & Club Behaviour are averages from all Match Feedback Reports provided. 
  • Coaching Reports show the number of coaching reports received and the number of coaching reports completed. These numbers will match the Referee Coach Report Summary Report. 
  • Team Coach Report shows the number of reports submitted and the average feedback score for each section.
  • Individual Referee Steams (Game Facilitator, Community and Performance) dashboards will display an average of all referees at the top and then the specific sections (speed, set piece, safety, etc) for individual referees.
