Referee Related Teams

Q: How can I, as a referee, assign any related teams?

Referees can assign a related team to their Rugby Xplorer profile.

  1. Rugby Xplorer Profile > Referees > Related Teams
  2. Click "Add Related Teams"
  3. Enter team name
  4. Team name and club will appear in the search results
  5. Select the correct club and click "Add"
  6. This related team will appear in your list of related teams

Appointment board admins can also assign related teams to their referees. 

  1. Appointment Board Admin > Referees > Referee Related Teams
  2. Search for referee and click into their record
  3. Click “Add Related Teams”
  4. Enter team name
  5. Team name and club will appear in the search results
  6. Click on correct team
  7. Click “Add”
  8. Repeat for as many related teams as required
  9. Can also remove related teams by clicking the rubbish bin.

Note

  • Appointment Board Admins will see ‘Referees with Related Team possibly at the venue’ on the Edit Appointments Screen. This will list all referees that have related teams that are playing at the venue, along with the team name and the fixture time.
