Referee Declined Appointment Email

Q: How do I, as an appointment board admin, know if a referee has declined their appointment(s)?

Appointment board admins will receive an email notification each time an appointment is rejected by a referee. The email contains the fixture information, home and away team, the referee’s name and role, any additional availability and their reason.

Appointments cannot be rejected within 2 days of the fixture date, in which case the referee will be  prompted to contact the appointment board directly.
