Team Coach Referee Review Report

Q: How can I, as a registered coach, submit formal feedback on appointed referees
  • Registered coaches who have been selected on a team list will be able to submit a ‘Team Coach Report’ via their Rugby Xplorer Portal to provide constructive feedback on their appointed referee(s).
  • This report will only be available for review by Referee club admins. Individual referees will not see the Team Coach Report.

Rugby Xplorer Portal (Team Coach)

  1. Registered coaches will see the ‘Ref Review’ navigation appear in their Rugby Xplorer Portal (available on a web browser only)
  2. Click “New Report”
  3. Select ‘Team Coach Report’ from dropdown
  4. ‘Appointments’ will show all matches the coach has been selected on a team list. Note, coaches must be selected on a team list to be able to provide feedback.
  5. Complete the report as required, click “Save”.

Admin Portal (Referee Club admins)

  1. Referee club admin
  2. Ref Review > Player Coach Review
  3. Select Coach from the dropdown
    1. Note, if an individual is both a coach and referee, they will appear in both dropdowns.
  4. Select Team Coach Report and add new comments as required. Coaches will be able to view these comments via their Rugby Xplorer Portal.
