Referee Appointments

As a referee, you will receive an email notification for your appointments and also be able to view your pending, upcoming and historical appointments in your Rugby Portal https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/ (available on desktop or web browser of your phone).

Rugby Xplorer Portal: click Referees > Appointments

Pending is where you have been appointed to a fixture but have not accepted or rejected your assigned appointment. The fixture details, including competition, venue, teams, your role, other referees and/or referee fee will be included.

• Accept, will be added to your Appointments (upcoming) list.
• Reject, will promot you to choose an alternative available time and reason for rejecting the appointment. Please note, you are unable to reject your appointment within 2 days of the fixture date, in which case the referee will be prompted to contact the appointment board directly. 

Appointments Upcoming lists appointments that have previously been accepted. You have the option to reject the appointment should you become unavailable. 

Appointments History lists the appointments from past fixtures including those that were rejected and/or cancelled. Under History, referees can submit a send off report for that match.
