Referee Club Admin Reviewing Send Off Reports
Q: How can I, as a referee club admin, review send-off reports?
Once a send-off report is submitted by the referee, both the competition manager and referee club admin will be able to view the report. The status of the report will display (pending or reviewed).
- Pending: report has been submitted by the referee.
- Reviewed: referee club admin has reviewed the submitted report and updated.
Referee club admins should proof-read send-off reports and update any errors (for example, poorly worded, spelling errors and/or the incorrect law selected) before changing the status to ‘reviewed’.
- Referee Club Admin > Competition Management > Send-off Reports
- Search for report by player name or team name.
- Click on the report to open
- Click ‘Edit’ if anything needs updating
- Click ‘Mark as Reviewed’ to change status from pending to reviewed.
- Click ‘Download PDF’ to be emailed a link to download the report as a PDF.
- Click ‘Delete’ to delete the report (e.g. it’s a duplicate or if you want the referee to re-submit the report from scratch).
Note
- ‘Scale of Seriousness’ field will not appear on the pdf version of the report.
Notifications
The competition manager and referee club admins will receive a notification email when a send-off report is submitted by the referee and/or assistant referees appointed to the match or added on the team list.
