Appointment Board Matches Update Notification

Q: What is the email notification for match changes that an appointment board admin receives?


Appointment board admins receive an email notification each time a match is updated including date, time, home and/or away team, venue and/or match status (including fixture, forfeit, cancelled or postponed). 

Rugby Xplorer does not keep a record of the old values, so it cannot show the old and new fields. 

Note

  • If the referee has been notified about their appointment, they will receive a Referee Appointment Updated email notification.
  • Referees who have not been notified, will not receive any emails.
