Q: How can I, as event entity admin, see the fees breakdown for my events?
The Rugby Event Fees Breakdown page will display a table detailing the age level, payment type, registration status, registration end date, number of days, max number of teams and max number of players, plus any mandatory saleable items.
Payment Option
- Team Pays: shows the calculation of fee x max players x number of days = total for that entity. The player will pay the total of the registration fees plus mandatory saleable items for the team (if applicable).
- Player Pays: shows the calculation of fee x number of days = total for that entity. The player will pay the total of the registration fees plus mandatory saleable items for the player (if applicable).
Rugby Event Fee Breakdown
- Rugby Events > Rugby Event Fee Breakdown
- Select ‘Registration Type’, ‘Competition’ ‘Role’ and 'Age Level'
- Click “Calculate Fee”
Note
- You can also access Fees Breakdown for events via Rugby Events > Rugby Event Payment Settings page. When you click into your payment settings a “Fee Breakdown” button will appear on the top right hand side.
- If you receive an error message about a missing fee, you will need to contact that entity to request they add their fees.
