Registration Payment Options

The following options are available to all registering participants.

• Credit/Debit Card: Visa and/or MasterCard are accepted for all Rugby Xplorer registrations for all nationals. Please note, Rugby Xplorer does not accept Amex or Diners credit cards.
• Entity Discount Code(s): clubs and parent entities can issue an unique discount code to individual participants. These are one-time use only discount codes, will expire after 1 month if not redeemed.  Multiple discount codes from different entities can be added into one registration. For further information speak to your club or parent entity.

Rugby Xplorer Australia

• Zip Pay: is a third party provider, they pay all the registration fees (insurance, member union, association, and club fees). The participant applies with Zip Pay and determine how to pay off their debt i.e., instalments. To apply with Zip Pay, you are required to be an Australian citizen/ resident. • NSW Active Kids Vouchers: the voucher must be entered on the registration summary page before submitting payment. The voucher will be automatically verified and if valid, will reduce the registration fees. The NSW Active Kids Voucher is single use only and non-refundable. If you use your NSW Active Kids voucher for a registration less than the voucher amount, the balance will be forfeited. More information is found here: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/active-kids. 

New Zealand Rugby

• Klarna: is a third party provider, they pay all the registration fees (national, provincial union, sub-union and/or club fees). The participant needs to setup their own Klarna account. More information is available on their website: https://www.klarna.com/nz/. 
• Alternative Offline Payment Option: this is applicable if your club has turned it on. More information available here.

USA Rugby

• Affirm: is a third party provider, they pay all the registration fees (national, council, parent organisation and/or club fees). The participant needs to setup their own Affirm account. More information is available on their website: https://www.affirm.com/.
• Club Pays Option: this is applicable if your club has changed from 'player pays' to 'auto pays' or 'manual pays'. More information available here.
