Rugby Event Expression of Interest

Q: How can I, as an event organiser, open Expression of Interest for my rugby event? How can I, as an event organiser, review teams before they can enter my rugby event?

1. Rugby Events > Rugby Event Comps > Click into Rugby Event > Click "Rugby Event" tab
2. Tick "Expression of Interest required for this event" 
3. Click "Save"
4. Ensure your Event has been approved and Rugby Event Payments Settings setup

Team managers will register, through the Rugby Event Team registration link (or searching for the event). Before the team admin can finalise their registration, the Team Expression of Interest Request email will be sent to the rugby event organisers.

Rugby Event Organisers need to approve/decline the Expression of Interest Request

1. Administration > Entity Requests

Once the rugby event organiser has reviewed, the team admin will receive a Team Expression of Interest Update email.

Expression of interest request for your team has been approved by your rugby event organisation (name of rugby event).

Status: Approved/Declined
