Q: How do I, as competition manager, set up and allocate teams to pools?

Pools are used to group different teams within a competition. When pools are selected, all teams must be allocated to a pool to ensure you can create draws correctly. When Pools is ticked in the competition setup, Ladders will also be grouped by pools.

Competition Management > Competitions > Click into your Competition
Ensure 'Pools' is ticked on Competition Details page, click "Save"
Click "Pools" tab
Enter Pool name
- This is a free text field, e.g. Pool A or Divison 1
Select Teams from the dropdown
- All teams allocated into the competition will appear
Click "Add"
- Pools will be provided with an order number, starting at 1. Each pool created will be given the order +1, depending on how many pools have been created.
Repeat for all Pools required.
- Note, all teams must be allocated into their respective pools.
Competitions managers can "Edit" a pool to add/remove teams from that pool, plus change the order in which the Pools display. Don't forget to "Save" any changes made.
